2025 KPOA Annual Membership Meeting & Luncheon Celebration

The Kensington Property Owners Association (KPOA) invites you to our annual membership meeting on Saturday November 1st to celebrate and learn about next steps for the new consolidated district—our newly unified local government—formerly two separate governing districts. This annual meeting is different, we are hosting a sit-down luncheon following presentations by district staff and directors of the new KCSD (Kensington Community Services District) in celebration of this historic change. We will honor those in the community who worked diligently to make it happen. We are at capacity for the lunch and seating at the Community Center but please join the meeting from 11:00 am to noon on Zoom.  Click HERE to connect to Zoom.

KPOA has been a long-time outspoken advocate for district consolidation because it creates a more efficient district government: eliminating uncoordinated planning and budgeting and duplication of administrative staff. A unified board enables balance of highest priorities for all services. The meeting and luncheon is an opportunity for KPOA members and all Kensingtonians to speak informally with district directors, and for new residents to meet them. It will be an informative and friendly, fun mid-day Saturday event.

KPOA is searching for individuals who have an interest in learning more about the community and getting
involved in the work of KPOA. We will need additional directors to join the organization in order to continue providing community meetings and advocating on issues that reflect the priorities of the membership. Please contact us to discuss the opportunities by email kpoassoc@gmail.com or call 510-684-1869.
